- Click on "Select .txt file" to upload your exported WhatsApp chat log.
- If you want to try this tool but you don't have a .txt file yet then you can download an example chat.
- Once uploaded, the tool will process the file and display the chat content.
- Use the "View as" dropdown menu to select the sender whose perspective you want to view the chat from.
- The chat will re-render with messages from the selected sender on the right side.
- Click on "Go to date" option from the menu to select a date.
- Select a date from the dropdown to navigate to messages sent on that specific day.
- After typing in the search bar, press Enter and the tool will search for matching messages.
- Use the navigation buttons to move between search matches.
- Clicking on "Analyze chat" will show you the statistics of the entire chat.
- For example: No. of messages sent by each sender, Hours of the day with most no. of messages sent, etc.
- Your selected theme is saved in the browser cache and will persist across visits or reloads.
- Similarly, custom wallpapers are saved in the cache, but ensure image sizes aren't too large.
- Click on the "Go to first message" and "Go to last message" options to quickly navigate to the beginning or end of the chat.
